If you have been unable to automatically obtain proof of my no claim discount (NCD) what should I do?

If we have been unable to automatically obtain proof of your no claim discount, then you'll need to send us your most recent renewal notice or letter from your Insurance Company using the prepaid envelope enclosed with your welcome documents.

Please remember to include your Direct Line policy number when sending us your proof of NCD.
