What has happened to My Direct Line?
We have recently launched a completely new replacement area for my Direct Line called Policy & Quote Manager. This is your new personal area of directline.com and will show you what Policies & Quotes you have, while allowing you to update various aspects of your Car insurance if you have such a policy in force.
