Does Direct Line offer an overall product which includes cover for buildings, contents and Home Response 24?
Unfortunately each product has to be underwritten independently and thus has a different policy or membership number. Buildings and contents are elements covered by home insurance. You could however ensure that your Home insurance and Home Response24 membership both started on the same day, this way they would run concurrently and if you are eligible to pay by installments, you could request that they are taken from your account on the same day too.
