Does Home Response include parts and annual service?
Direct Line Home Response 24 does not offer an annual inspection. Being a member of Home Response 24 means that you have access to an emergency breakdown service, where we will arrange for a qualified and vetted tradesman to visit in the event of an emergency breakdown in the home, which if not dealt with quickly would make the home unsafe or leave the home without the main source of Heating/lighting or water.
