How can I find out how much is outstanding on my loan?
In order to find out your outstanding balance, we are required to do a security check, which we can only do by speaking directly to you. Please call us on 0845 301 1657 and one of our advisers will be happy to provide you with the detail you require.
Our lines are open 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday. (Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays).
