What are the excesses of my Pet Insurance policy and when do they apply?

The excess is the part of the claim you must pay. For veterinary fees an excess is applicable once per condition and is currently £70 for cats and £80 for dogs. This excess will be deducted from the claim settlement. The only other excess in the policy is for material damage to property under the Third Party Liability section - this is £250 and must be paid to us before the claim is settled.
